Jesús Rodríguez Inda

Experience

He is a specialist in Private and Public Law, particularly in litigation matters, corporate, commercial, agrarian, and administrative law. He has been project secretary of civil and family courts of the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City, private secretary in the Presidency of the Superior Court of Justice of the Federal District and Secretary of Study and Account of a Minister in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. He has worked in Public Notarial Offices 136 and 139 of Mexico City, where he performed his notarial practice.

 

He is a graduate of “Escuela Libre de Derecho”. He has taken part in the Specialization Course corresponding to the Federal Judicial Career in the Institute of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. He has completed three specialties at the Universidad Panamericana in Civil Law and in the Mexican Financial System and another in the Notaries Association of the Federal District in Civil, Commercial, Notary and Public Law.

 

He has lectured on Amparo at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and currently at the Escuela Libre de Derecho in the Postgraduate Course in Commercial Law.

 

Prior to founding the law firm Rodríguez & Rodríguez, Gomez-Crespo S.C. He was partner of the law firm Loperena, Lerch and Martín del Campo, from 1990 to 2007

 

He is an active member of the Mexican Bar Association, where he has taken several refresher courses in the areas of his professional practice.
